The curriculum presents fashion design as an engaging and rewarding art form, introducing students to techniques for generating fresh and original design ideas. It covers essential fashion design modules including sketching, pattern making, garment construction, draping, and embroidery.
Students will learn about color differentiation (primary, secondary, tertiary, and complementary) and design principles such as repetition, gradation, rhythm, radiation, harmony, contrast, dominance, emphasis, and proportion. The program culminates in the development of a professional fashion design portfolio.
